Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Moving Experts are based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry. Any change in inventory volume, pickup location, destination, floor level, accessibility, vehicle requirements, storage requirements, additional services, or scheduling may result in a revised quotation.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, quotations remain valid for a limited period and may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in transportation costs, fuel prices, taxes, regulatory charges, or operational expenses.

Booking Confirmation

A service booking shall be considered confirmed only after acceptance by Moving Experts and receipt of any applicable advance payment. Moving Experts reserves the right to reschedule or modify bookings when required by operational constraints, safety concerns, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, pickup and delivery addresses, inventory details, and scheduling requirements at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Moving Experts is accurate and complete. Customers must disclose the nature of goods being transported and ensure that all items are legally owned and permitted for transportation.

Customers are responsible for removing cash, jewellery, precious metals, negotiable instruments, important documents, passports, certificates, confidential records, firearms, hazardous materials, explosive substances, flammable liquids, prohibited goods, and any item restricted under applicable laws before packing and transportation.

Moving Experts shall not be liable for loss, damage, or claims arising from undisclosed, prohibited, dangerous, or improperly declared items.

Packing and Transportation

Moving Experts uses professional packing methods and transportation procedures designed to protect customer belongings during handling and transit. While reasonable care is exercised at every stage of the relocation process, certain risks may arise due to road conditions, weather events, mechanical issues, regulatory inspections, handling limitations, or circumstances beyond our direct control.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to operational factors, route conditions, traffic restrictions, weather disruptions, government regulations, and other unforeseen events.

Storage Services

Where storage or warehousing services are provided, goods shall be stored according to operational procedures and facility guidelines established by Moving Experts. Customers must disclose the nature and condition of goods prior to storage. Moving Experts reserves the right to refuse storage of prohibited, hazardous, perishable, illegal, or unsafe items.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate documentation and complying with applicable legal requirements. Moving Experts shall not be liable for delays, confiscations, penalties, additional charges, customs inspections, or regulatory actions imposed by government agencies or third parties.

Limitation of Liability
